Shah Gems & Jewellery Manufacturing Co. is located at H-1/40 in Sez-1, which is part of the Sitapura Industrial Area off Tonk Road. This is a dedicated zone for manufacturing, so it’s always full of trucks and people working in various units. Our space is designed for the actual making of the pieces we produce. We have the machines and the worktables all set up in a way that makes sense for us. Being in the Sez-1 section means we have certain procedures and security to follow every day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy showroom. It’s more about the grit and the effort of production. The Sitapura area is quite expansive, but we’ve been at this specific address for some time now. Tonk Road is the main way in and out, and it can be a long drive depending on the time of day. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the manufacturing process. Every day is about getting through the workload and making sure the items are finished properly. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a while. It’s a steady, hardworking atmosphere inside the unit, regardless of how busy it gets outside in the industrial park. We just keep our heads down and work hard to finish the orders on our schedule. It is a long day but we get through it.
