We are located in Vinayak Enclave, specifically in Flat No. 189. It’s a residential area in Jaipur, which makes it a lot more relaxed than the city center. We decided to set up our office here because it’s easier for people to visit without fighting through heavy traffic. The flat has been converted into a workspace with some desks and computers. It still feels a bit like a home, which we think makes people feel more at ease. There are no long queues or cold waiting rooms. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We spend our mornings going through the mail and updating the accounts. It’s a lot of data entry and making sure the interest rates are applied correctly. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation. We just want to provide a place where neighbors can help each other out with their finances. Sometimes we have a coffee and talk about what’s going on in the enclave. The neighbors are nice, and it’s a quiet place to get work done. If you live nearby, you probably already know where Vinayak Enclave is. We’ve been here for a bit, and it suits us fine. We don’t do any big marketing. Most people find out about us from their friends or family members who already use our services. It’s just a straightforward way to handle money.
