We are located at C-122 in Model Town, which is off Jagatpura Road in the Malviya Nagar area of Jaipur. It’s a residential-feeling spot but with a lot of business activity nearby. Malviya Nagar is a popular place, so we see a lot of people moving around. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. Jagatpura Road gets pretty packed during rush hour, so we’ve learned when to come and go to avoid the worst of it. We’ve been here for a while and know the local area quite well. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we handle real estate matters. Sometimes we have tea and discuss the day's tasks. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. We aren’t into fancy marketing or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to our clients like regular people. The office is easy to find if you know where Model Town is. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with papers and maps everywhere. It’s a good location for us because it’s close to a lot of the properties we deal with. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished every day. That's about it for our office life, honestly.
