SDC BENEFITS NIDHI LIMITED is based in the Fateh Singh Peladol area of Bhim, over in Rajsamand. It’s a rugged part of Rajasthan and we are glad to be here. Our office is a small space where we manage the benefits and savings for our local members. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who grew up around here. We know the roads and the people. Sometimes it’s hard to get things done quickly because the mail takes a while or the power goes out, but we manage. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls. We have regular walls and a door that stays open most of the day. People drop by to check their accounts or just to say hello while they’re out running errands in Bhim. We keep everything in order, even if the filing cabinets are a bit old. It’s important to us that the local people have a place they can trust nearby. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with paperwork. We explain things as they are. If someone has a problem, we sit down and talk it through. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been here for a while and we know how things work in Rajsamand. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning to unlock the door.
