Our place is at 64 Ajmer Road. It’s a major road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by. Savera Buildestate Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for a while. We do real estate development, mostly focusing on residential blocks. Ajmer Road is growing fast because everyone wants to be near the highway these days. We’ve got a small office that feels a bit cramped when we have more than three people in it. But we don't need much space to get things done. We spend most of our budget on the actual construction rather than a fancy reception area. Dealing with property in Jaipur can be a real headache with all the rules and the way things change. We just try to navigate it one day at a time. We have a few guys who handle the site visits and a couple of us stay in the office to talk to visitors.
