Sarovar

Our office is at B-301 in the Kamal Vrindavan Apartments, which is at D-2 on Meera Marg in Banipark. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it works for us. Sarovar isn’t a huge company with a glass building and a big sign. We just have this one space where we handle everything. It’s a bit quieter than a regular commercial block, which is nice for when we need to focus on paperwork or planning. We have desks set up in the main rooms and use the rest of the space for storing files and supplies. It feels a bit like a home, probably because it is actually an apartment. We usually have the windows open to let in some air while we work. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on calls, managing the different things we have going on. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples or documents laying around the place. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. It’s a low-key way of running a business. We just try to stay on top of our tasks and make sure nothing gets missed in the daily shuffle. It’s simple and it works for what we do here in Jaipur.
