Raja Park is a crowded place, and our office on Vyas Marg at 5 / 472 is no different. It’s a tight squeeze in here, especially when we have the whole team in at once for a meeting. Saraswatikripa Buildcon isn't a massive company with glass towers or elevators. We are just a group of people working out of a small space in a very busy market area. The street outside is always noisy with shoppers and rickshaws, and sometimes it is hard to hear the person on the other end of the phone line. We’ve got shelves full of heavy binders and a coffee machine that barely works half the time. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local authorities or checking on the progress of our various building sites. Raja Park has its own rhythm, and we’ve learned to move with it over the years. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials; we mostly rely on people knowing who we are and seeing our work around the city. The office layout is a bit awkward, with desks pushed against the walls to make enough room for the big drafting table in the center. We often stay late, and you can see our light on from the street when the rest of the shops are closing up for the night. It’s a lot of hard work and not much time for rest. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up and handle it.
