Saraf Hardware

If you have ever been to New Atish Market, you know how crowded it gets with people looking for stuff. Our shop, Saraf Hardware, is right at number 26 on New Sanganer Road. It’s usually a bit of a mess with boxes and tools everywhere, but we know where everything is kept. Most of our time is spent talking to people who need something specific for a repair or a project they’re working on at home. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the market has changed a lot around us. It’s loud out there on the main road, but inside we just focus on the inventory and helping whoever walks through the door. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just shelves full of hardware and a counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes we run out of tea, and sometimes the traffic outside is so bad it’s hard to hear, but we show up every day. People come to us because we are easy to find on New Sanganer Road. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It is just a regular hardware store run by people who have been doing this for years. We like the pace of the market. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by pretty fast. Most days involve a lot of lifting and sorting, but we are used to the routine by now. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just stay here at the shop.
