We set up shop here in Sodala Gayatri Nagar a while back. It's a quiet enough area, mostly families and people who have lived here forever. Our office is easy to find if you know the landmarks. We don't do anything flashy here. Mostly, we just keep a list of who is selling what and which flats are sitting empty. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing with all the different signatures needed from the local authorities, but we've figured it out over time. It’s mostly just us sitting here, answering questions from folks who walk in off the street. Some days are slow, and we just drink tea and talk about the local news. Other days, three people show up at once wanting to see the same property, and we have to juggle them. We handle a bit of everything, from small rentals to bigger plots outside the main part of the nagar. We've lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know which streets get flooded when it rains and where the good shops are. That helps when people ask questions about the neighborhood. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It's just a local business run out of a small space. We keep our files in old folders and try to remember everyone's names. It works for us. If someone needs a place to stay, we show them what's available.
