Our office is situated out toward Sanganer on Tonk Road. It is a busy part of the city, and we see a lot of trucks and workers passing by every hour. Sanjeevni Buildestate Pvt Ltd is where we coordinate all our building work. It is a practical space, mostly filled with filing cabinets and large tables for looking at site plans. We do not go for much decoration. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, so most of us have a permanent tan and dusty boots. The work is hard and sometimes the hours are long, but that is what we signed up for. We deal with everything from the initial digging to the final paint job. It involves a lot of talking to different tradespeople and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes there are disagreements about how something should be done, and we have to sit down and figure out the best way forward. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. Building is just about putting the right materials in the right place at the right time. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the job at hand. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies, but we enjoy seeing the progress on the sites. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
