Sangeeta Properties

We are located over in Sanganer, specifically in Gopalpuri Sector-6. It’s part of Pratap Nagar, just off Tonk Road. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a long time. Sangeeta Properties is basically a family thing. We handle a lot of local stuff, mostly plots and houses around Tonk Road. The office isn't very big, so if more than three people come in, it feels a bit crowded. We have a small cooler for water and some old chairs. My father started this a long time ago, and now I’m the one mostly sitting at the desk. We know all the shopkeepers around here. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or their relatives. We just tell them what the price is and show them the papers. Sometimes we have to drive out to the sites, and the roads can be a bit bumpy. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, doing what we know how to do. It’s a simple business and we try to keep it that way for everyone who walks in.
