Raj Real Mart

We have been running Raj Real Mart from this spot behind the Gogiya Petrol Pump for a while now. Being so close to the Airport Circle on Tonk Road in Sanganer means there is always something going on outside. It is a busy part of town, and we like being right in the middle of it where people can actually find us without needing a map. Our office isn't one of those high-rise things; it’s just a practical space where we can sit down with folks and talk about property. Whether it’s houses or just bits of land, we spend most of our time looking at papers or driving out to show people around the neighborhood. The noise from the airport is something you just get used to after a week or two. We started this because we knew the Sanganer area well and figured we could help people navigate the local market without all the usual fluff. It is mostly just us here, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets used way too much. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually just hear about us from their cousins or neighbors. We keep it honest and just tell people what we know about the plots nearby. If a deal works out, that’s great, and if it doesn’t, we just keep looking. It’s a steady way to live and we plan on staying right here near the petrol pump for the foreseeable future.
