Sandeep Associates

We are located on the ground floor, shop number nine, in the Orchid Block of Ansal Sushant City. It’s right on First Kalwar Road, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re heading out that way. Sandeep Associates is a small office where we handle local real estate stuff. Being in Sushant City means we focus a lot on the houses and plots right here in the township. It’s a growing area, so there’s always something new happening. We spend most of our time showing people around or sitting at the desk going over maps and plans. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the growth here. The office is pretty basic—just what we need to get the work done. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy sales tactics. People usually come to us because they want to know what’s actually happening with the land prices or who’s selling. We try to stay updated on all that. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic on Kalwar Road, and other days we don’t even have time for lunch. It’s a bit of a mix. If you’re around Orchid Block, you can’t miss us. We’re just regular people trying to run a business and help our neighbors find their way through the property market. We've been here for a bit and plan to stay for much longer.
