SANCHIYA MAA PROPERTIES LLP

We set up Sanchiya Maa Properties LLP over on Nirvan Marg, just off Jhotwara Road. The address is A-6. It’s a local office where we handle all sorts of property dealings. We aren't a big chain or a corporate franchise. It’s just us, working out of this space in Jaipur. The walls are a bit plain, and we probably should have painted them last year, but we've been too busy with work. Real estate can be a headache sometimes with all the regulations and paperwork, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend our time looking at plots, talking to owners, and trying to make sense of the local market. Jhotwara Road is always busy, so there's usually a lot of noise outside our window. We don't do flashy ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know us or just happen to pass by. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, answer the phones, and try to help people find what they’re looking for. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic getting to a site, which is just life in Jaipur. We know the area well and we don't try to sugarcoat things. If a property has issues, we’ll say so. It’s just easier that way for everyone. Our office is open most days, and there’s usually someone here to grab a file or talk about a listing without making a big deal of it.
