We are located at G 4 in the Ganesham Tower, which is right on Amrapali Marg in Vaishali Nagar. Most people find us because we are so close to the Telephone Exchange. We handle property stuff, mostly buying and selling things around this part of town. It’s a small office, nothing too grand, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to people about land or houses. Vaishali Nagar has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are so many more buildings now. We spend most of our time looking at maps or going out to see sites. It’s a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes deals happen fast and other times they take months. That is just how the property business goes. We don’t do big advertisements. Mostly people hear about us from their friends or family. Being in Ganesham Tower is nice because it is a known spot. If you are looking for the Telephone Exchange, you are basically already at our door. We just try to be honest about what a piece of land is worth or if a house has issues. It is better to tell the truth than to have someone unhappy later. We stay busy with the paperwork and the local registration office. It’s a plain business, really. Just helping folks find a place to live or sell what they own.
