Salaser Bildcon

Salaser Bildcon is based out of 26-A, Jai Shankar Colony, right opposite the M.L.A Quarters on New Sanganer Road. Being in Mansarovar, we are in a pretty busy part of Jaipur. There is always traffic moving on the main road and people walking around. Our office is a simple place where we manage our projects. It’s not some high-rise corporate building. It’s just a ground-floor spot where we keep our files and meet with people. Sometimes the noise from New Sanganer Road gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on the buildings and the plans we have in front of us. Most of the guys here have been working in construction and development for a long time. We know the streets of Jaipur like the back of our hands. If someone drops by, they’ll usually find us looking over some blueprints or talking on the phone with a site manager. It’s a no-frills kind of life. We like being near the MLA Quarters because it’s a landmark everyone knows. It makes it easy to give directions. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town, just a reliable group of people doing honest work in a neighborhood we like. There's usually someone around if you have a question about a project or just want to see how we operate on a daily basis.
