Sahib Property

Sahib Property is located at Plot No-40 in Gaytari Nagar-B, which is part of the Maharani Farm area in Durgapura. It is a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we like. Our office is basically just a room where we can sit down and go over property details with anyone who drops by. We have lived and worked around Durgapura for a long time, so we know the streets and the houses pretty well. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls and uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and sit around the table with some tea. There are always stacks of files on the shelf because there is so much to keep track of with real estate. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking around Maharani Farm to see how things are developing. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, but we still do things the same way. We listen to what people need and then we try to find it for them. It is not always easy and sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want it to. We just keep at it until it is done. It’s a small, family-style operation and we prefer it that way. If you are ever near Plot No-40, you’ll likely see us out front or at our desks, just dealing with the daily tasks of the property business.
