Sadashiv Properties is right in Sanganer. If you know where the Pinjapol Goshala is, we are located just opposite that. It’s a landmark everyone knows in this part of town, which makes it easy for people to find us. The area can be quite lively with all the activity around the Goshala throughout the day. Our office is a very straightforward place. We don’t have any glass walls, bright lights, or fancy rugs on the floor. It’s just a place to sit down and talk about property in Sanganer. We’ve been across from the Goshala for a long time. You can usually hear the sounds from across the street while we are sitting at our desks working. We deal with people looking for small plots or houses around this area. We aren't some big chain company. It’s just Sadashiv Properties. We write everything down in our paper registers and keep things very simple. Sometimes the dust from the road comes in when it’s windy, so we have to wipe down the desks and chairs a lot. We don’t have a big website or a person to handle the internet for us. We just talk to the people who come to the door. Most of our work comes from people walking by on their way into Sanganer. It’s a practical way to live and work. We know the local area and the people who have lived here for many years. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours.
