Sada Mitra Nidhi Limited is found right at 1, Azad Akhand Chourasta in Fatehpur Shekhawati. It is a very specific spot in town. Most people know the chourasta because it’s a main point where several roads meet. We are at the very first number on that street. The building is old, like much of Fatehpur, and it has that local character you don't find in the newer cities. We spend our days inside with the fans going, dealing with the paperwork that comes across our desks. There is always noise from the intersection—horns honking and people calling out to each other. It’s a lively place to be situated. We open the doors early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat starts to settle over the Shekhawati region. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for us to sit and do our work without stepping on each other's toes. We keep the place tidy, though dust from the crossroads always finds its way in somehow. It’s just how things are here. We have our routine down to a science now. One of us usually goes out to grab tea for everyone in the afternoon from the stall nearby. It’s a simple life and a simple office. We are just a local business doing our thing right there at the chourasta. People know the address and they know where to find us. Sometimes the mailman stops by just to chat for a minute before heading back out.
