Sacred Fig Design

We have been set up here in Jaipur on the second floor of Evershine Tower for quite some time now. It is right by Amrapali Circle, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic moving around outside our windows. We spend most of our days sitting at our desks or huddled around the table sketching out ideas for different projects. The office is not a showroom or anything fancy; it is just a place where we actually do the work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor, which is a bit of a workout. We have a small group of people here and we have stayed in Vaishali Nagar long enough to know all the local tea stalls. Most of the time, the space is filled with the sound of clicking mice and people arguing over which color looks better on a screen. Our desks are usually buried under notes, old sketches, and half-empty coffee mugs. It is a practical space for people who actually like making things. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for people to find. When we have a big deadline, the tower gets really quiet at night, and it is just us left with the lights on. It is a very normal office where we just try to get things right. We show up, do what needs doing, and head home.
