S Ranka & Associates

S Ranka & Associates is situated at C-12A on Surya Path. It’s just off MI Road, near Mahalaxmi Jewellers. Being tucked away on a side path makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which I appreciate. The office is in a building that has seen better days, but it has a lot of character. We have a few rooms where the associates sit. It’s a lot of shared space and a lot of talking back and forth about different tasks. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights. The name is just there on a small plate by the door. Inside, there are books everywhere—old law books, tax codes, and stacks of journals. It smells like old paper and ink in here. We spend a lot of time just sitting around the big table in the middle, going over documents. It’s a slow and steady kind of place. We don’t rush things and we don’t try to act like a big city firm. It’s just a local office where we know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors from the jewelry shop come by for a chat. It feels like a small community here on Surya Path. We just do our work, drink our tea, and try to keep things moving along as best as we can. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without making any fuss.
