S R Service Center

You can find us over at 533 in Sindhi Colony, right near Narain Singh Circle. It is a busy intersection and there is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars passing by. We have been running this service center for a good stretch now. The floor is concrete and has plenty of stains from years of work. We mostly deal with fixing things that people rely on every day. It is messy work, and we usually have grease under our fingernails. The workbench is never really clean, no matter how much we wipe it down. We have a lot of old tools that have been with us since the start. They work better than the new ones sometimes. People come in stressed because something broke, and we just try to settle them down and take a look at the problem. We aren't fast-talkers or anything, we just tell it like it is. If it can be fixed, we fix it. If it is junk, we say so. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. Sindhi Colony has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of items waiting for us. It is what we do and we are used to it.
