S N Agarwal & Co is located right near the Vashno Devi Mandir Road in the Panchwati B area of Jhotwara. If you know the Kalwar Road area, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot, especially on days when people are heading to the temple. We’ve been here for a long time, just running things the way we always have. The shop is tucked away a bit but we have plenty of regulars who find us just fine. We deal with various things depending on what the season brings or what folks are asking for. It’s a local operation, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. The mornings are usually the quietest time to get things organized before the crowd picks up. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving stock and talking to customers. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we first opened our doors here in Panchwati B. There are more shops now and the traffic on Kalwar Road has definitely increased. We try to keep our place tidy, but with so many people coming through, it's a constant job. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. People just know us by name and where we’re located. It feels good to be part of the community here. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. It’s a simple life and it keeps us busy enough.
