S Koolwal & Co

We are tucked away in Street No. 3 of Adarsh Basti, over in the Tonk Phatak area. S Koolwal & Co is at 7A, and it’s a fairly quiet residential-style street compared to the main roads. The office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable and familiar. We don't have a lobby or anything like that; you just walk in and we're right there at our desks. There’s usually a radio playing softly in the background or just the sound of someone typing. We deal with a lot of the paperwork that people find confusing or tedious. It’s mostly local families and small businesses from around Tonk Phatak who use our services. We’ve built up a lot of trust over the years just by being consistent. We don’t use a lot of complicated language when we talk to people about their accounts. We just tell them what they need to know in plain English. The street outside can get a bit narrow if too many cars are parked there, but otherwise, it’s a peaceful spot. We like the local feel of being in a basti rather than a big commercial tower. It feels more like we’re part of the neighborhood. We just do our work, help our neighbors, and keep things moving along. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We usually finish up by early evening and head home like everyone else around here.
