S Chandra & Co

We have been based at M I Road for quite some time now, specifically in the Kankaria Chamber. It is right opposite the Jweles Emporiom, which most people know if they spend any time in this part of town. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done every day. There are usually a lot of papers stacked up on the desks and the phone rings pretty often, but that is just how it goes in a place like S Chandra & Co. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guy nearby pretty well. In the mornings, the area is relatively quiet before the shops across the street open up, but by midday, it gets very busy. Dealing with all the various requirements that come through our door keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, especially during the tourist season, but you get used to the noise after a while. We just focus on what is in front of us. It is a straightforward operation here. Nothing too complicated or dressed up. We just handle the tasks as they come in and try to stay organized, though the filing system sometimes feels like it has a life of its own. People drop by, sometimes with an appointment and sometimes just because they were passing by the Kankaria Chamber. We've got a small window that looks out towards the main road, and that's about it.
