You can find us at number 38 in the Palika Bazar area of Malviya Nagar, right in Sector-9. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and we have been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers know us. At Royal Properties & Real Estate, we mostly focus on what is happening right here in the local vicinity. We spend a lot of time walking around, checking out new listings, and talking to owners. The office is not anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We handle the usual buying and selling stuff, and some rentals too when they come up. It gets pretty loud outside during the market hours, but we are used to it by now. People stop in all the time just to ask what the prices are doing or if we have heard about any new houses coming up for sale. We do not use any fancy software or big marketing plans. We just write things down and make phone calls. It is a lot of legwork, but it is how we have always done it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we always find what we are looking for eventually. If you are around the bazaar, you can just pop in. We are usually around unless we have stepped out for a site visit or a quick lunch.
