We run Rochees Watches Ptv. Ltd. over at 22, Shri Ji Ki Mori in Tripolia Bazar. This area is always buzzing with shoppers and vendors, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. We deal with all sorts of timepieces, from simple wristwatches to some of the bigger clocks. Our space is usually full of tools, tiny parts, and watch straps of all different colors. It’s not a fancy corporate office; it’s a place where we actually sit down and do the work. We’ve been in the bazar for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still here in the same spot. Most of our day is spent at the workbench. It’s a lot of focus and trying not to lose those tiny screws that always seem to want to jump off the table. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements or flashy slogans. Word of mouth has always been our best way of getting new customers. People bring us their watches because they know we’ve been doing this for years. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know how to handle the delicate parts. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the customers happy. It’s practical, everyday work, and we’re fine with that. Tripolia Bazar is where we belong.
