Ritwik Industries

Ritwik Industries is located over in Vaishali Nagar. If you know Nemi Sagar Colony, we are at number 185. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main markets, but we stay busy enough inside. We started this place because we had some machines and a bit of space to work with. It is mostly about getting the production work done day by day. We have a few guys working the floor who have been with us since the start. The floor gets a bit dusty and loud when the machines are running, but that is how a workshop should be, I guess. We aren't really into those big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent looking at parts and making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It is a practical way of living. We live close by, so we are usually here until late evening. My brother handles the accounts on an old desk in the corner. We don't spend much on decorations because the work is what matters. If someone stops by, they usually just walk right in. It’s not formal. We like it that way. Just a local spot doing what we know how to do without making a big fuss about it. We just keep the gears turning every day.
