Our office is a local spot where we handle all our building projects. Varanasi is an old city with a lot of character, and working in construction here means you have to understand the layout of the land pretty well. Narayan Vila isn’t a skyscraper; it’s more of a grounded, practical building that suits what we do. We have a mix of staff, some who have been with us for years and others who are just starting out. There’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and site reports scattered around. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the street noise while you’re trying to figure out a budget or a timeline. We don't really have a polished front. It's just a bunch of people working on construction stuff. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain slows things down, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of India. We just take it day by day. If you stop by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and talking about a new site. It’s a very normal, local operation that keeps us busy from morning till evening.
