Our place is located at 41587 in Vaishali Nagar, specifically along the Chitrakoot Marg. It’s a growing part of the area and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up since we first started here. The office is a simple setup, nothing too flashy, just a place where we can keep our records and meet people who are interested in the local plots. We handle a lot of different things related to real estate and property ownership. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving out to see different sites nearby. The dust from the road sometimes gets into the office, but that’s just part of living and working in this neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff, so things are pretty personal around here. If you call, you’re talking to the same person who will show you the property later. We try to keep things honest and clear so there aren't any surprises down the road. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we just show what is available and let people make up their own minds. The margins in this business aren't always great, but we enjoy the work and the people we meet. It’s a local business through and through, and we plan on staying right here on Chitrakoot Marg for the foreseeable future. We keep things running as best as we can every day.
