Our place is at 113 Sodala, in Katewa Nagar along the New Sanganer Road. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops and houses all mixed together. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now, dealing with the property market around Sodala. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maps and documents everywhere, but we managed to find what we need eventually. We spend our mornings checking on new listings and our afternoons meeting people who are looking for a new home. New Sanganer Road is always full of energy, and we get a fair share of walk-in traffic because of the location. We aren't a large company, just a small group of us trying to make sense of the real estate scene here. There is no polished sales pitch here, just honest talk about what is available and what the prices are like. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going with our notebooks. We know the local landlords and the different blocks of Katewa Nagar really well. It’s a lot of legwork, walking from one plot to another to check things out. Most of our day is just spent making sure the details are right and that people find a place that fits their budget.
