Relogistics(India)Ltd. is part of the Reliance Retail setup, and we operate out of Kukas. This place is in the Amer tehsil of Jaipur district. It is a very busy area because of all the industries and warehouses around here. Our facility is quite large but we try to keep it feeling like a regular workplace. We deal with all kinds of retail goods that need to be moved to shops and centers. The heat in Rajasthan is something we deal with every day, especially when we are out on the loading docks. We have a good team of people here who know how to handle the heavy lifting. We don't go in for corporate speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the boxes and the trucks. Every morning there is a line of vehicles waiting to be loaded or unloaded. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure no one is waiting too long. Sometimes we have to deal with broken machinery or a flat tire that slows everything down. We just fix it and keep going. The village of Kukas has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings coming up all the time. But we are still here doing the same basic work of logistics. It is a steady job and we are glad to be part of the local economy in Jaipur. It’s just how we earn our living every day.
