Our office is found at F-58 in the MSS Colony of Shastri Nagar, Jaipur. It is a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting work done. We handle the logistical side of transport from this location. Jaipur is a major center for all kinds of goods, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. The office itself is quite simple, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paper logs. We have a small team of people from the local area who manage the day-to-day tasks. We don't use a lot of fancy technology or have a polished corporate image. We just talk to the drivers and the customers in a normal way. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat which can be quite intense, but the work has to go on. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure that everything is on track. We've seen a lot of changes in the city and how the business is done over the years, but our way of working hasn't changed much. We just focus on showing up and getting the work done. We don't have any slogans or big promises. We just take the orders and do our best to fulfill them. It is a basic, honest business that we have built up over time.
