Our office is tucked away at 85, Nidhhi Vihar Colony in the Jyoti Nagar area of Jaipur. It is more of a residential-feeling spot than some big corporate park, which is actually kind of nice. Reliance Hr Services Pvt Ltd has been here for a while. We spend a lot of our time dealing with files and talking to people about jobs. The colony is usually quiet in the mornings, but you get the usual neighborhood noises as the day goes on. Someone’s dog might be barking or you hear a delivery bike zip past. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paper. It gets a bit cluttered because there is always something to file away. We don't really do the whole flashy office thing. It is just a place where we sit and get the work done. The light in the office is okay during the day, though we had to add some extra lamps in the back corner. Usually, we take a break around midday to get some food from the local stalls nearby. Jaipur can get so hot that we just stay inside with the fans going full blast. It is a simple operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just handle the HR stuff and try to stay organized. It is just us here, working through the pile of things on our desks every day and trying to keep everything straight.
