We are located at 21, Bhura Patel Nagar, right in the D.C.M area of Ajmer. Reliance Energy Limited is tucked away here in this part of Rajasthan. It’s a dry place, and the dust gets everywhere if we don’t keep the windows shut tight. The office is really just a base for our operations. We spend our time looking over maps and managing the power supply stuff for the local grid. It isn't a high-rise building or anything like that. It’s just a regular spot on a regular street. Most of the people working here have been with the company for years. We know the neighbors and the local shop owners. When the summer heat hits 40 degrees, we definitely feel it. We don't have any fancy marketing people working here. It is just us handling the technical side of things and the customer queries that come through the door. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes. We keep a stack of ledgers and a few old computers that still work fine for what we need. Ajmer is a busy city with all the pilgrims and tourists, but our corner in Bhura Patel Nagar is more focused on the industrial and residential side. We just try to keep the lights on for everyone. There’s no big secret to what we do. It’s just steady work, day in and day out. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather while we sort through the daily tasks.
