We have been at Saurav Tower for a while now, right near the Inox at Aamrapali Circle. If you know Vaishali Nagar, you probably pass us often. We basically spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who need work. It gets busy here in Jaipur, especially with so many young folks looking for their first big break. My desk is usually covered in papers, and the tea guy comes by twice a day which is the highlight of the afternoon. We don't do anything fancy, just matching people with offices that need an extra hand. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. People walk in all the time asking if there's any news on their application. It’s a lot of talking. We try to keep track of everyone but with so many jobs out there, it’s a constant juggle. The office isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We’ve seen the area around Saurav Tower change quite a bit over the years. Most of our day is spent on the computer or just calling back candidates. It is pretty straightforward work, honestly. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help finding a spot to work that day. It is what it is. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help a few folks get hired.
