Recruitment Firm

We are located at A-3 in Shalimar Colony, which is part of the Adarsh Nagar area in Ajmer. It is a fairly quiet residential-style neighborhood. Our office is not very big, just a few rooms where we handle our recruitment business. We go by the name Recruitment Firm, which is pretty much exactly what we are. There are no bells and whistles here. We have some sturdy wooden desks and a couple of computers. The windows look out onto the street where you can see the daily life of Ajmer passing by. It gets quite dusty around here, so we are always wiping down the surfaces. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend most of our time looking through applications and talking on the phone. It is a basic, hardworking environment. We take our tea breaks in the small space at the back. The sun can be quite strong in Rajasthan, so we keep the curtains drawn in the afternoons to stay cool. It is an honest place to work. We do not try to sound more important than we are. We just do the job day in and day out from our spot in Shalimar Colony. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It is all part of the daily routine for us here.
