Raydean Industries

Raydean Industries is located at G1-22 in the Riico Industrial Area in Bindayaka. Being out in an industrial area like this means it’s a bit of a trek to get to work, but once we’re here, it’s all about the manufacturing. The building is a large, shed-like structure that gets quite hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We have a lot of machinery on the floor, and there is almost always a hum or a clanging sound coming from somewhere in the back. Most of the staff here are local folks who know their way around a workshop. We don’t have a fancy reception area or plush carpets; the floors are mostly stained concrete and the desks are purely for function. We spend our time checking on the production and making sure the machines are being maintained properly. There’s a lot of manual work involved, and we’re often covered in a bit of grease or dust by the end of the shift. We usually have our breaks together in a small shaded area outside when the weather allows. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the flashiest company around. We just want to produce solid work and keep the facility running without too many breakdowns. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the job at hand.
