Ratan Poly Clinic

The clinic is located right at 344 Chandpole Bazar, specifically in Jagannath Gali near Nahargarh Road. It's a bit of a tight squeeze around here with all the traffic and shops, but we manage. We handle a variety of health issues under one roof, hence the name poly clinic. Most people in the area know us as a place where they can just drop in. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s more like a local spot where you might run into someone you know while waiting. The building isn't new, and the paint might be a bit faded in spots, but it serves its purpose for the community. We spend most of our time just listening to what people have to say about their health. Sometimes it gets loud outside because of the market, but inside we just focus on the patients. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We've seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood. We keep the equipment we need and don't bother with the flashy stuff. Working in Nahargarh Road area means you meet all sorts of people every day. We just try to keep things organized and help out as much as we can during our hours. It’s a job that keeps us busy, but it feels right being right here in the middle of it.
