We are way out at Jhotwara RIICO Industrial Area Extension, in the Sarna Dungar part of town. The address is H-1/39. Ram Pigments Pvt Ltd is basically a factory where we handle all kinds of colors and chemicals. Sarna Dungar is a bit further out than the main city, so it’s a lot of open space and industrial plots. Our building at H-1/39 is quite large because we need the room for all the mixing equipment. It’s not a glamorous job. Dealing with pigments means things get messy very quickly. There’s color on the floors and sometimes on our clothes too. We just focus on the batches we’re making each day. It’s relatively quiet out here compared to the city center, which we kind of like. We’ve been operating from this extension area for several years now. There isn't much around us except other industrial units and warehouses. We don't have a big sales team or fancy brochures to hand out. We just do our work and send the pigments out to whoever needs them. The staff is local, and we all just pitch in where needed. Sometimes the power goes out, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward life. If you’re coming to see us, make sure you have the right map because Sarna Dungar can be confusing with all the H-block numbers. We’re usually here from dawn till dusk, keeping the mixers going.
