Ram & Co.

Our office is over at F-179 on Subhash Marg in the C-Scheme area. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so finding us isn't usually a problem for people. We’ve been in this building for a good number of years now. It’s an old house that was converted into an office, so it has high ceilings and big windows. We do a bit of everything here, mostly clerical and trade-related tasks. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s families. The atmosphere is relaxed, though we stay busy enough. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the gate. Subhash Marg is always busy with cars and people, but inside the gate, it’s relatively quiet. We spend our mornings sorting through the mail and the afternoons on the phone. There is no corporate ladder here; we just do what needs to be done to keep the business running. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make tea for whoever stops by. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We value the long-term relationships we have with our clients. Most of them have been coming to us for decades. It’s just a simple, local business trying to do a decent job every day. We don't have a lot of rules, just that everyone should be helpful and get their tasks finished before the day ends. It’s a comfortable way to work, and we like the history of the place.
