You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Prabhu Raj Apartment building. It’s right on Parivahin Marg in the C Scheme area. C Scheme is usually pretty crowded with traffic, but our little shop stays tucked away enough that it's not too loud inside. Rajpachar Estate Private Limited has been in this spot for a while now. It’s just a ground-floor shop, nothing massive. We keep some files, a couple of computers, and enough chairs for when neighbors stop by to chat. Most people know us because we’ve been around the block a few times. We don't do those big shiny presentations or use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. If someone wants to know about a property, we just tell them what we know. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we’re always cleaning the windows. It’s a decent place to work. We see a lot of people walking by on their way to other parts of C Scheme. Sometimes we step out to grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby. Our focus is just on the daily tasks, making sure the records are right and that we’re answering questions honestly. It’s a simple life running a real estate office in this part of Jaipur. We don’t try to act like we’re a big multinational firm because we aren’t. We’re just local people working here.
