We are located at 308 M I Road, inside Mukhija Chamber. If you know where the Raymond Showroom is, we are right across from that. It is a pretty busy spot on the road. Rajesh Sunita & Co has been operating out of this room for quite some time now. The building is one of those typical office blocks you see around here. Nothing special to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. We spend most of our daylight hours here. Being on M I Road means there is never a dull moment. You can hear the city moving outside all day long. Sometimes the pigeons on the window ledge are the most distraction we get. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets. It is a working office, not a showroom. Most people just use the Raymond shop as their marker to find us. It is easier than trying to explain the building numbers. The traffic gets heavy around five, so we usually try to wrap up before the worst of it hits. It is just a regular local business setup. We like being in the middle of things, even if it gets a bit loud. The office is a bit cluttered with papers, but that is just how we work.
