Rajasthani Folk

Rajasthani Folk is our small business tucked away at H-5 on Vinay Path. It is a relatively quiet street, which is nice when we are trying to get things sorted. The building at H-5 is where we keep all our stock and handle the day-to-day bits of running the place. We don't have a big storefront with lights. It is more of an office and storage space where we manage everything. When you walk in, you will likely see boxes stacked up and people checking lists. We deal with a lot of traditional items, so the place is usually full of colors and different textures. Our day starts with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to be sent out. Vinay Path is a good location for us because it is easy for the delivery vans to pull up right in front of the door. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know the business inside and out. We talk to our suppliers frequently and keep a close eye on the inventory. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when new shipments arrive all at once, but we manage to find a spot for everything eventually. It is a very hands-on way to earn a living, and we like the direct connection to the things we sell.
