You can find us at 404 in the Shekhawati Complex. It is right on Station Road, so it is always crowded and full of life outside. Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd. is not some glass-walled corporate office. It is a functional space where we handle the administrative side of our tube production. The complex is older, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own, so we often just take the stairs. Inside, it is mostly desks, computers, and stacks of blueprints or order forms. We have got a view of the station from one of the windows, which is nice for people-watching during breaks. The team is small. We have worked together for so long that we do not really need to explain things to each other anymore. We spend a lot of time checking on production schedules and making sure the metal tubes are being made the way they should be. It is noisy sometimes because of the traffic on Station Road, but we keep the windows shut to drown it out. The air conditioner is a bit old and rattles, but it keeps us cool enough. We are not trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. Everything we have is here because it is useful. People stop by to talk business, and we usually have some biscuits and tea ready. It is just a regular day-to-day operation. We focus on the tubes and making sure they get to where they need to go.
