Our place is at 4 Ajmer Road, right in Kamla Nehru Nagar and very close to the over bridge. You can hear the sound of the cars and trucks going over the bridge all day long, which took us some time to get used to when we first moved in. We have been in this spot for a good while now. It is a simple office with a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while we talk about the local houses and plots. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something nearby in Kamla Nehru Nagar or further down Ajmer Road. We keep a big map on the wall that is a bit faded now, but it still helps us show people where things are located. The tea stall just outside is where we get our drinks, and sometimes we sit out there to talk to neighbors when it is not too hot. We do not have any fancy brochures or big signs. Usually, people just see the name on the door and walk in when they are passing by. The office stays pretty dusty because of the road work and the constant traffic, so we are always cleaning the glass. It is a basic setup, but it works for us. We know the owners of the shops around here and we all help each other out. That is just how things go at our end of the bridge, day in and day out.
