Our little business, Rajasthan Fasteners Pvt. Ltd, is found at House Number 87 in Vrandawan Colony, which is in the Jhotwara area. If you know Jaipur, you know Jhotwara can get pretty busy with all the small shops and houses mixed together. We deal with fasteners, which basically means lots of bolts, nuts, and screws. It is the kind of stuff that nobody thinks about until they need it to hold something together. We have been operating out of this house-turned-office for a while now. It is not a big industrial factory with thousands of workers, just a regular place where we get things done. Most of the neighbors know us. We spend the day taking orders, checking the stock, and getting packages ready to go out. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time navigating the colony streets, but we manage. It is a simple business. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big team of sales people. It is just us working in the 302012 pin code area. Rajasthan gets very hot in the middle of the year, so the fans are always going in the office. It is just a normal day-to-day grind, making sure people get the hardware they need for their projects or their own shops. It keeps us moving.
