Our main office is located in Navjeevan Chamber at Plot No. 105 on M.I Road. It’s in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur. It is a very central location, which is helpful, but the traffic on M.I Road is usually quite heavy and makes getting around a bit of a chore. We don't keep our cranes here because the office is in a commercial building. The machines are parked at a different yard where there is more space for them. This office is where we do all the scheduling and talk to people who need lifting services. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. When someone has a big construction project, they call us to figure out which crane will work best for them. It’s a lot of logistical work and checking the calendar to see what is available. The office itself is pretty simple and hasn't changed much over the years. We have our files and a couple of desks. We don't do much advertising; people mostly know us from working together before. During the busy building season, it gets very hectic in here. We spend a lot of time talking to site supervisors and planning out the moves. Sometimes we have to visit a site in person to make sure the ground is stable enough for the heavy equipment. It’s just how we operate our daily business.
