Raghav Property

We’ve been running Raghav Property for a good while now. Our office is right there on the Gopalpura Byepass, specifically in Ganga Ram Nagar. If you know where the Mahesh Nagar Thana is, we are basically just opposite that. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming off the bypass, so it gets pretty noisy during the day. We mostly spend our time dealing with local land and houses around this part of town. There isn’t anything fancy about how we work. Someone usually comes in, we offer them a chair and maybe some tea, and we talk about what they need. Some days are slow, and we just watch the cars go by toward the station. Other days, three families show up at once asking about the same plot. We just try to tell it like it is because most of our neighbors know us anyway. Living and working in the same area means you can't really hide, so we just do our job and go home. The office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some old files. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just see the sign when they are heading past the police station and drop in. It’s been that way since we started. Most of the people around Ganga Ram Nagar are decent folks, and we like being part of the community here in this corner of the city.
