We run Radiant Microfine Abrasive out of H-441 in the Sarna Dungar Industrial Area, which is part of Jhotwara. It is a bit of a drive out here, but the space is what we need for the grinding and processing machines. The air inside the unit is always a little dusty despite the fans we have running, but that is just the nature of working with abrasives. We make the fine powders and materials that other shops use for polishing and sanding down surfaces. It is a slow process to get the grit just right, so we spend a lot of time watching the machines and checking samples. The team here is small, mostly people from the nearby villages who have learned the trade over the years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone stops by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to the door to see what they need. The roads in Sarna Dungar can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, so we have to be careful with the delivery trucks. We keep a simple operation without any corporate layers. Most of our day is spent making sure the batches are consistent and the bags are sealed up tight for shipping. It is not a glamorous business, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We just focus on the work at hand and getting through the daily production list.
